This time I bought a bag of white sugar and pretty much repeated the exercise from before, only I had more of an idea of what to expect regarding the wrinkle test. So I cooked the mixture for the prescribed 20 minutes at 800W on the induction cooker, with about 5 minutes at 500W, just to be sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mixture turned out a lot lighter than the first batch and considerably less viscous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tried a slice of toast and it was a great improvement. The dark taste I experienced in the first batch was not there.
